Bad Experience

Idul Adha is one of the Muslim feast. This year, Idul Adha is celebrated on Wednesday, November 17, 2010. Today was my first experience seeing cuts sacrificial animals. One word to describe it’s all “sickening”. Animal blood is splattered so much. I was basically afraid of blood, and when I saw so much blood in the goat abattoir, and then I throw up spontaneously. Goat voice struggling sounds so heartbreaking. And the effect is, I will not be able to eat meat this year. And after this, I promise to myself, next year I will never see the slaughter of sacrificial animals directly. So, I can eat opor meat, sate, and rendang again.
